The 23rd World Conference of the International Lesbian and Gay Association - ILGA - will take place in Geneva from March 27 to April 3

From 27 to 29 March, a set of preconferences will have activists focus on a number of issues, such as
• Transgender rights
• Religion and sexual orientation
• Lesbian and Bisexual Women’s Health: common concerns, local issues
• Promoting Gay Men’s health
• Being LGBT at the Workplace
•
ILGA's main Conference from March 30 to April 3 will gather LGBT activists campaigning for equal rights over the world. Satellite meetings and caucuses of various interest groups will allow participants to share their experiences and determine ILGA's workplan for the years following the Conference. Priorities will then be voted by all participants during the Conference's plenaries. Participants will also elect their representatives on regional and world
levels.

The International Conference Center Geneva will host both Preconferences and the Conference.
